The Tha-a-leemul Islam Committee, which was started in the 1960s as a madrasa movement in Nadapuram, has today grown into the largest educational agency in the Vatakara educational district. The committee was formed under the inspiration of educational reformer Janab Atholi Moideen Sahib and social reformer Janab Paravanna Moideenkutty Musliyar.

An informative lecture on Value Based Pedagogy in Teacher Education was arranged for students and teachers at the college. The session was led by Dr. Samad T V, who highlighted the role of values in effective teaching and learning. The programme motivated participants to adopt value-oriented approaches in educational practices.
An inspiring lecture on “Values cannot be taught, they can only be learned” was delivered by Dr. Nadeer Chathoth, Principal. The session emphasized the importance of practicing values through daily life experiences and meaningful interactions. Students gained valuable insights into character building, moral learning, and the role of education in shaping responsible individuals.
Workshop on Teaching Learning Materials for science students was organized at the college. The session was instructed by Prasanth M, who shared innovative methods for preparing effective learning materials.
